Let me introduce myself, I am Lisa Sanguinetti, owner of Casa Lisa, Qi Gong and Meditation teacher and consultant in energy nutrition according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I began and completed my training in the field of Biomedical Engineering and, after years of intense study, I specialized at the ScuolaTao Milano and the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.
I am the mother of two little girls, who teach me every day how precious the gift of life is.
My work is a constant source of inspiration; it allows me to get in touch with people’s energy and to seek harmony for myself, and for others, in every daily gesture. This is why I decided to also give them a place of the heart, Casa Lisa.

Located in the rich Ligurian countryside, in a strategic position to visit the beautiful Ligurian villages, the archaeological area of Luni and Tuscany with Versilia, Pisa, Lucca. Neat and romantic room, equipped with every comfort.

At Casa di Lisa I feel at home. The Manager is always available. The property is regularly maintained, everything works well. There is also a supermarket nearby. The sea is not exactly close but in 15 minutes you can reach Lerici or Marinella di Sarzana.

Fantastic experience, very kind Mr. Piero who brought us a large breakfast based on focaccia (as requested by us) every morning. Nice and clean room, daily change of towels. 10 minutes from the station and the port of La Spezia.
